From leadership and strategic planning to operational excellence and employee wellbeing, each team member plays a vital role in delivering the highest standards of service and protection.
Stephen Alexander, our founder and director, brings over 30 years of extensive security and leadership experience. With a Diploma and Certificate in Security Management, a PSIRA Grade B Certificate specialising in Close Personal Protection and Bodyguard services, and two years of service in the National Defence Force, Stephen’s credentials are remarkable.
His decade of experience as the Head of Reservists in the South African Police and his tenure as a Major in the Commando Corps further highlight his deep commitment to safeguarding communities and upholding security standards.
Supporting our operations is Niel Mostert, who holds a BSc Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and has over 21 years of experience as a project manager in the construction and mining industries. Niel’s strategic insights and expertise in managing complex projects add a layer of operational excellence to our services.
Zaskia Mostert, as our Employee Benefits Officer, ensures that our workforce remains motivated, valued, and well-supported. Her focus on employee welfare plays a vital role in maintaining a disciplined and reliable team.
